Die-Shot is a new tool which enables you to monitor and control all the vital parameters of the Die Casting process. Die-Shot monitors your machines AND your dies. Use it to accurately measure all the key Die Casting parameters and remove much of the "guesswork". Use Die-Shot for Die Trials, Continuous Production Monitoring and Trouble-shooting. From the main Control Panel you can see at a glance the status of every shot. Die-Shot increases staff knowledge and gives unprecedented insight into the Die Casting process. Die-Shot is very powerful, yet easy to use. Help screens are everywhere in Die-Shot and give detailed information on what it means and how to use it. You can modify or add to all Help screens to add information specific to your plant. You can also translate them to any language. As well as Hydraulic Pressure, Die-Shot can also measure the actual Metal Pressure in the Cavity. Now you can see how much pressure is lost in the gates and the metal feed system. Die-Shot can also measure Ejection Force which tells you a lot about the cavity lubrication and die deterioration. Die-Shot can measure and control Vacuum Systems, including Duct Cleaning and Vent Testing. Die-Shot also has a complete Die Thermal Control option which will maximise your production rate and improve quality. |
