Hot Sprue Technology is used in
the hot chamber process with alloys of zinc, magnesium, lead and
tin.
The old cold sprue bush in the die is
replaced by a new electrically heated hot sprue kit.

Technology enables you to:-
- eliminate the re-melt waste from the
sprues
- reduce runner size
- improve flow into the die
- improve part quality
