Temperature Based Control
This range of products controls temperature with the use of
thermocouples (temperature sensors). These are reliable and inexpensive and
suitable for the high temperatures and harsh environment close to the Die
Casting process.
They
enable the temperature of each individual zone to be viewed and controlled
within a few degrees. For Die Casting dies, this is the most accurate form of
temperature control.
These
systems provide the high cooling power required for fast production rates. They
can also provide heat to the dies during start-up and production
stoppages.
If you prefer
not to have thermocouples in your Die Casting dies, then you should use Heat Based Control. |
