There are two types of nozzle seats used in Hot Chamber Die Casting:- spherical or conical. SphericalHotFlo! sprue kits come with a spherical nozzle seat as standard. The radius in the seat is machined to be slightly larger than the radius specified on the tip of the machine nozzle. This ensures that it seals off on the inner part of the radius. |

HotFlo! sprue bushes are designed to fit the large number of existing machines which use a spherical nozzle tip specified in inches. Refer to the detailed specification for each HotFlo! Series.
