Die Cast parts vary widely in their application, shape and criteria. Where a standard HotFlo! Series cannot be used, a special version can be designed and manufactured.

HotFlo! can provide you with a die layout, or a full die design if required.

We prefer to work closely with your own engineers so that any standards or conventions which you have adopted can be incorporated in the design.

Tool and Die Making

HotFlo! can supply die cavity inserts, core pins or a complete Die Casting die if you require it. Ask for a quotation.

DC-CALC

Assistance with the use of DC-CALC Die Design Software can be provided.
