The calculations performed by DC-CALC are based upon research, development and published data from a great many sources.
Fortunately, Pressure Die Casting can now be described from a consistent theoretical basis, which makes it possible to quantify many of the main parameters.
To gain the most benefit from DC-CALC, you need to understand the background theory and how to perform the calculations manually.
